How quickly will I get set-up?
We will set you up on the system in around 24 hours, as we are doing that you should update your domain name with our DNS details. Your web and email forwarding can be setup and full active in around 72 hours as long as you update your DNS straight away.
Where are your main Web and Email Forwarding Servers located?
All our web and email forwarding servers located in New Jersey on the East Coast of the USA. The backbone providers are AT&T, Level 3, Qwest and Internap. Covering some of the best connected providers in the US means not only will the site show very fast no matter where in the USA you are but also very fast for all International customer, with Canada and Europe being very well serviced.
What is your DNS?

Our NS1 DNS server is located on the East Coast of the USA and our NS2 server is located in the UK, Europe. This helps your DNS record to be looked up faster for more vistors world-wide. Having both DNS servers on there own network also means your web and email forwarding will have greater uptime.
I have a (.com, .info, .biz, .us, .co.uk) domain will this service work for me?
Yes our service will work with any domain name any where in the world. Most of our customer have .com and .co.uk domain names, but we have worked with many more. Domain names are the same the world over.
I have a .uk domain, do I need to transfer my domain names IPSTAG to you to use this service?
No you don't have to, our service will work with just the DNS information being updated. If you have to change your IPSTAG or want to change your IPSTAG you can do this. Our IPSTAG with Nominet is BRITISHNIC.
If I change my IPSTAG to you (UK domain names only), how much will renewals cost me?
Yes, before your domain name comes up for renewal, we will contact you by email. Renewals are charged at just £11.75 (price includeds VAT) for 2 years.
Is ordering online with you safe
Yes very safe, we have our own secure server for placing your order. Once your credit card information has been used, we destroy it. This also means that we will NOT auto charge you the following year. We will contact you after your years service is up to invite you to renew.
How do I know I will get a good service?
We run all our own servers, all our staff who answer your questions via our online support system have expert and hands on knowledge of our system, each one using it on a daily basis. The System has been developed by our own programmers so we can make updates and changes any time we need to.
With the service can I forward my domain name to my current ISP web space?
Yes you can, you can forward your name to any website or web address on the Internet and where in the world.
What happens when people send me an email to my domain name. Like myname@mydomainname.com?
This can be sent to any email address of your choice, for example this could be your ISP email address or a Hotmail account.
How many email addresses do I get per account?
You can create up to 25 email addresses at your domain name. For example sales@mydomainname.com can forward to sales@yourisp.com and me@mydomainname.com can forward to your personal email address. You also get a catch-all email address, which does just that, catch any email going to your domain name, which has not been set-up, and forward it elsewhere.
Can I control the title and metatags on the forwarding?
Yes you can do this using the members control area for your domain name.
How often can I make changes to my forwarding?
You can update it anytime you want everyday of the year, as many times as you like for no extra charge.
What if I need help using my forwarding or if there is a problem?
If you need help you simply submit a support request using our support system, you will get a reply within 2 hours of the advertised times. You will never wait longer than 24 hours for a reply from our staff.
